This is your weekly space to explore what your body needs with wonderment at the core. Our bodies are beautiful teachers and in this 45 minute yoga session, we'll take the time to listen to exactly what they have to tell us.
Whether you're new to yoga or have a long established practice, I invite you to this space to explore what this practice means to you.
Each class will include asana (defined as "a steady and comfortable posture" in the Yoga Sutras) and a closing meditation.
